With years of experience providing high level administrative assistance to CEOs of billion-dollar companies in the Silicon Valley and many years at a large health system, Rae Anne Chalmers launched DPC Admin Solutions.
Rae Anne applies her business knowledge working with startups, small to large companies in the for-profit, not-for-profit, and publicly traded arenas, and the healthcare industry to her work with clients.
Resourceful and a problem solver, she has worked closely with physicians to launch their direct primary care practices.
In addition to facilitating the development of Mission, Vision, Values and Strategic Planning Sessions, she has been instrumental in the implementation of new revenue streams, systems, and processes, allowing for growth to existing practices.
