Business Counseling
Includes ongoing and as needed meetings to discuss, evaluate and plan topics such as assessment of practice, general goals and plans for practice, leadership style, goals and objectives, human resource issues, etc.

Mission, Vision, Values and Strategic Planning
Mission, Vision, Values and Strategic Planning sessions are facilitated and executed from prework, and groups discussion, to identified clinic goals and objectives.

Organization Assessment, Processes, and Standard Work
Identify all aspects of the DPC practice and create standard work, processes, and operating procedures (e.g. from patient meet and greet, onboarding, and plan of care through offboarding). Clearly define organization structure, roles and responsibilities, human resource requirements, visibility for financial performance and stability, state and federal regulations and licenses, marketing, and revenue streams.

Vendor Management
Work with vendors to facilitate any website implementations or modifications, establish medical practice vendors or manage existing relationships for upgrades or new programs.

Recruiting and Onboarding
Identify traits, skills, and duties required to create a position description followed by job posting with the appropriate recruiting resources identified. Resume and candidate review and interviews conducted to present 3-4 candidates. Reference checking and offer paperwork are prepared as well as onboarding documents provided.

Bookkeeping
Oversee DPC’s financial data and compliance by maintaining accurate books on accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and daily financial entries and reconciliations.
